Change! Switch on! - "Kikaida" on Bay Area TV!
"Kikaida" starts Saturday, April 16 at midnight on KTSF, Ch. 26 in the Bay Area!
The popular live-action Japanese superhero series from the ‘70s celebrates its 30th anniversary in San Francisco this year! The 43-episode series—then known as "Kikaider"—first aired in the Bay Area from 1975 to 1976 on KEMO-TV Channel 20.
And be on the lookout for special Kikaida promotions around town:
- Catch a special appearance by Kikaida on "Stir TV" during the week of April 11 (Check local TV listings in your area.).
- See a "Kikaida Special" feature in the Nichibei Times, leading up to the April 16 airdate.
- And visit the KTSF Booth at the Cherry Blossom Festival on two consecutive weekends—Saturday, April 16 and Sunday, April 17, and Saturday, April 23. With Kikaida balloons and Kikaida 30th Anniversary tabloids (while supplies last) and free gifts from McDonald’s and Sugarbowl Bakery!
