Within 30 days of date ordered, any merchandise that has not been opened may be returned along with this packing list. DVD's must be returned intact in their plastic wrap. For exchanges and returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. If you received damaged goods or incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement order.
